Cleanse FAQ

How long should I Cleanse?
For first time Virgin cleansers 3 days is a great start, however if well prepped you may feel eager to continue . It is important to listen to your body. Through Personal experience and after follow ups with our post cleansers we found that it usually takes 7 days to break a habit , reset the palate and establish a new way of life .

How do I prepare for a cleanse?
We recommend using the days leading up to your cleanse to prepare your body for this change by phasing out processed foods, refined flour, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, dairy and meat. It sounds draconian, we know, but the more work you do before your cleanse the easier you will find it, and the more trans-formative the results will be. Drink plenty of water, begin introducing one to three juices (particularly green juices) into your daily routine, and make fresh vegetables the centerpiece of each meal. Snack on nuts, and anchor your veggies with legumes and whole grains.

How to exit a cleanse.
THE KEY AT THE END OF A CLEANSE IS TO AVOID THE COMMON DIETARY MISTAKES THAT MAKE CLEANSING NECESSARY IN THE FIRST PLACE. LEAVE OUT ALL PROCESSED FOODS FROM YOUR DIET AS A STARTING POINT. A JUICE FAST IS A GREAT INITIATOR OF THIS NEW LIFESTYLE COMMITMENT.
There is no exact method for exiting a juice cleanse that can be applied to every individual.

What's Cold-Pressed?
Cold pressing is a method of juicing that allows us to extract the nutrient filled juice from each vegetable and fruit through a hydraulic pressing method to ensure no heat, or oxygen damages the beneficial enzymes, vitamins and minerals our food has to offer. The result gives us a fresh nutrient rich, fiber-free so our bodies can readily absorb the nutrients from the juice without working for it .

How often should you cleanse?
For best results : Seasonally .
